Tree Climber

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Physical ability to climb trees and work at heights
The ability to apply safe rigging skills in tree care
Experience with tree pruning and removal techniques
Familiarity with safety standards and equipment usage
Knowledge of tree species and their growth patterns
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
1-2 years of tree climbing experience
Hoisting license and/or CDL are a plus

Plant Healthcare Technician

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with monitoring and inspecting the health of trees and other horticultural specimens is a huge plus
A valid driver’s license
A WI pesticide applicators license or the ability to apply for one
Experience in Plant ID and product application is preferred
Great communication skills and the ability to work in an established team-based culture
The ability to learn new task and skills

Tree Groundsperson

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Assist tree climbers in the removal of trees and trimming of branches
Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
Perform general maintenance of trees and shrubs, including pruning and fertilizing
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience in tree care or related field (preferred)
Ability to operate and maintain equipment (preferred)
Strong commitment to safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license (preferred) and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb trees and work at heights
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Ability to work in various weather conditions
